Chief Executive Officer /Executive Director – Equipment and Systems Manufacturer
Directed restructure and “turn-around” of a 40 year old parking revenue equipment manufacturing firm designing and manufacturing electronic ticket issuing and revenue collection systems;  Refined production, engineering and QA processes.  Designed new product lines for private and public parking and transit industries

Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Multi-Modal Transportation Authority
Directed all operations of $2 Billion public transportation authority managing all modes of transportation. Chaired Capital Oversight Group, Technical Investment Committee and Strategic Planning Task Force for $6 Billion Capital Program;  Oversaw development and implementation of electronic toll equipment systems on regional highways, bridges and tunnels.

Chief Administrative Officer – Health Care Institution
Managed a workforce of 1,100 employees and an annual budget of $70 million, including Divisions of Public Safety, Physical/Plant Operations, Facility Planning and Construction, Material Management and Total Quality Management; Initiated TQM procedures designed to produce long term improvements to the University’s operations and responsiveness to the dramatic changes occurring in modern healthcare; Developed and implemented the University’s first Capital Improvement Plan, $512 million and 1.5 million square feet. Succeeded in developing significant new space on four campuses in less than three years; Led the financial turnaround of university hospital complex reversing a $20 million loss to produce an operating profit.

Chief Administraive Officer – Educational Institution
Served as the leader of the non-academic operations of one of the largest community colleges in New Jersey; Represent the College before the New Jersey State Legislature, the Commission on Higher Education, and the Council of County Colleges on policy and strategic planning issues; Direct the Public Safety, Physical Plant, Facility Planning  and Technology operations; Led the capital planning and development activities of the college, including the development of facility master plans and capital financing plans; Directed the design, construction or renovation of over 150,000 sq.ft of academic space and development of three remote facilities; Led the President’s Cabinet through an internal review of operating procedures and organizational structure, designed to produce greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Director – Cash Management  - Public Authority
Responsible for management of $ Billion investment portfolio;  Control and account for all receipts, disbursements, bllings and investments of major public authority

Director – Revenue Operations - Mass Transit Authority
Director of a point-of-sale network, with 5,500 sales devices, involving systems and procedures for the collection of customer revenue from ticket windows, smart card systems ticket vending machines, onboard trains & buses, web and mail ticketing systems and parking systems.  These point of sale & fare collection systems process customer revenue resulting in the $600 million dollars annually in sales from 400,000 daily riders; Administered the installation of $170 million dollars in expenditures for point-of-sale networks.  Developed planning activities, designed measurable goals, organized resources, and created teams and committees with high impact Project Management designed to break down complex business issues spanning across multifaceted functions within the organization; Mmanage large relational databases for customer payment systems, with cross-functional integration responsibilities for the organization.

Director – Systems Management – Legal Firm, Network Development Firms
Director of the Technical Services Department of a law firm of over 200 attorneys and 300 staff situated in seven offices on the East Coast.  Addressed all information management, contract management, telecommunications, computer network operations, office automation technology, and concurrent training and maintenance; Designed wide-area networks; Integrated databases on NetWare LANs with Unix-based Informix application (time & billing) critical to design; Managed the technology deployment, system planning, and technical support of a corporation network environment consisting of IBM AS/400s, Novell and Windows NT file servers, Bay Networks switches and routers, Chipcom and 3Com hubs, over 36 Ethernet and Token Ring segments, and over 300 PC users in 15 departments.  Leads a team of 5 network system specialists located in two states; Provided external consulting services to corporation business units and plants (over 50 locations in North America) for the improved use of network technology and effective interface to the corporation wide area network.

Director – Public Health – Class 1 Township
Director of public health services for major Class 1 Township;  Managed all health services, department administration and investigatory functions; Active member of nationally recognized public health associations and assisted the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Resources in numerous investigatory and regulatory functions; Directed all tasks assciuated with vector control, eating establishment inspections and inspection of public access bathing and disposal areas. 

Chief Financial Officer – International Outsourcing Firm
Founding partner in forming an international business process outsourcing venture;   Devised corporate financial plans, pricing and operating strategies; Crafted client BPM automation solutions.

Director of Revenue Projects - Mass Transit Authority
Director for execution of smart card project and revisions to long-standing fare policies; oversaw design, implementation and testing for conversion from magnetics to smart card technology for city of 2 million residents; Developed and obtained Board approvals for new fare policies to enhance revenue by 30%;    Directed all system design, installation, public education and internal implementation tasks for new fare systems and smart card sales.

Special Advisor  to Senior State Executives
Financial and operations advisor to Offices of Governor, State Treasurer and Transportation Commissioner; Evaluated and redefined processes at 25 authorities, crafting revenue solutions and improved business practices.

Special Advisor to Federal Agency Administrator
Special assistant to federal Administrator of federal transportation administration with US Department of Transportation.   Crafted redesign of federal agency organization;  Formulated programs to address new funding programs and regulatory functions established by legislation; Devised government sponsored enterprise to finance multi-modal project requirements.
